  • 40gbutter
  • 70gegg whites (~2)
  • 60gwhite sugar
  • 60gbrown sugar
  • 120gsliced almonds
  • 35gflour

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:

    Melt the butter in a pan over low heat or in the microwave.

    In a separate bowl, combine the egg white, white sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until foamy.

    Add the melted butter to the egg white mixture and mix well.

    Incorporate the flour and mix until well combined.

    Fold in the almond slices until evenly distributed.

Bake the Cookies:
