- 1tspSichuan peppercorn
- 1tbspOil
- tbspGinger shredded
- 1tbspGreen onions, thin slices
- 1tspSoy sauce

Cut ginger and green onions into thin slices.
Steam Fish

Remove fish from its package and pat dry using a kitchen paper towel.

Sprinkle salt and Sichuan peppercorns on both sides of the fish.

Steam for 12-13 minutes.
Garnish

Promptly remove the fish from the steamer. Transfer it to a new plate, or simply drain the liquid from the steaming plate.

Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat until it reaches 230°C.

Layer the sliced ginger and green onions on top of the fish, then pour the hot oil over them.

Drip soy sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
