- Pinch of salt
- 3cloveGarlic

- Sichuan Pepper Oil
Instructions

Peel the cucumber, if desired or if not organic.

Slice the cucumber into rounds, or cut it into bite-sized cubes.

Mince the garlic and add it to the prepared cucumber.

Add the salt, sesame oil, and Sichuan pepper oil (if using). Toss everything well to combine.
