  • 4ozmushrooms
  • 1tspoil
  • salt
  • 2clovegarlic

Instructions

    Wash the baby bok choy thoroughly and separate the leaves. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

    Cook the sliced mushrooms in a wok over medium heat without oil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through. This prevents them from absorbing too much oil later.

    Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.

    Once the oil is hot, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the bok choy and stir briefly.

    Pour in the cooking wine, then add salt. Continue to stir.

    Add the pre-cooked mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and serve immediately.
