Instructions

Cut the chicken thighs into 1.5-inch pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, sake, egg, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, toban djan, and black pepper to the chicken pieces in the bowl

Mix and massage them at least 1min.

Add 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and mix/massage another minute

Coat the chicken pieces with corn starch
- 06
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat it over medium heat.

Fry the chicken in the pan until both sides are brown.
