- 1tbspChinese liquor
- 6tbspChar Siu Sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce)
- 2tbspHoney

Marinate the pork shoulder with Chinese liquor and char siu sauce, ensuring the meat is well coated.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the marinated pork on a roasting rack and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the pork from the oven, brush both sides with honey, and reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).

Bake for another 15 minutes. Remove the pork, brush both sides with honey, and reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).

Bake for 12 minutes. Remove the pork, brush both sides with honey, and bake for a final 12 minutes.
