Ingredients
- 500gpotatoes
- 0.5pieceonion
- 4piecegreen chilies
- 2piecered chilies
- 150gbacon
- 5gcooking oil
Sauce
- 1tbsprice wine
- 2tsplight soy sauce
- 1tspoyster sauce
- 0.1tspsalt
- 0.3tspblack pepper

Boil the potatoes until their edges turn slightly translucent and the center is still a touch firm, which takes approximately 2 minutes.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the boiled potatoes and fry until their edges become a little crispy and golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the rice wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper to create the sauce.

Using the same pan over medium heat, fry the bacon until it is golden on both sides.

Add the onions to the pan with the bacon and stir until they become fragrant.

Toss in the green and red chilies (if using) along with the pan-fried potatoes, mixing everything well.

Pour the prepared sauce over all the ingredients in the pan and stir until everything is evenly coated.
