In a bowl, beat two eggs and add hot water (can be as hot as boiling or at least very warm to touch).

Add salt and continue to beat until very combined.

Use a spoon to remove any foamy bubbles from the surface.

Cover the bowl with an upside-down plate to prevent condensation water from getting in.

Steam for 12 minutes.
